01 / Confirm the fit
Bring your current tools, team size, and one example of the work. ABS confirms production availability, record capacity, employee-access needs, and any external providers before enrollment. Early-access workspaces are provisioned with ABS; this is not instant signup. Billing begins when the agreed workspace is ready.
02 / Get started with your team
Workspace activation is included in your subscription. Your team configures the workspace using the available tools and documentation, with product questions covered by email support. There is no required software setup fee. If you want hands-on help, add guided onboarding for $299 one time: one workflow configured, one clean customer CSV up to 250 rows, and a 45-minute orientation. The one-workflow and import limits describe the work ABS performs in the optional service; all supported core modules remain included.
03 / Prepare and review your records
Keep copies of your originals and nominate a workspace owner. Review import mappings, duplicates, and validation messages before applying records. The guided package covers clean, agreed-format customer data. Data cleanup, historical migration, and custom integrations require a separate quote.
04 / Put the workflow to work
Check access, record accuracy, exports, and a representative job from start to finish. Confirm what stays in your existing tools and how stock and financial records are owned. Agree capacity and retention needs before moving daily work into the platform.
Know the cost before starting
ABS Platform is $99/month for one business workspace and 10 full users. A platform-only first month is $99; adding optional guided onboarding makes it $398, then $99/month. Prices exclude tax and separately approved usage or services.
Paid AI processing, messages, licensed data, and external subscriptions are separate from core feature access. Any included allowance, additional usage price, and spending limit are confirmed before activation. Larger-team terms and the employee-only workforce allowance are agreed during enrollment. When you need a separate implementation project
Custom implementation is optional and is not required to activate the platform or enable its core modules. A standard project starts at $2,495 for one agreed process across up to three supported tools, including mapping, testing, documentation, and training. The quote includes its agreed onboarding work; the $299 charge is not added for the same work. Ongoing managed services are optional.
Move with a way back
Keep existing tools available during review and retain original bid documents. Export records before ending access. Agree backup and recovery coverage, migration, retention, and deletion requirements before relying on a live workspace.
