Reporting with a purpose
Dashboards bring saved records into view. Follow a number to its source and make the next decision with the context in front of you.
A workspace snapshot and action inbox link back to the customer, job, or invoice that needs attention.
Pipeline stages, saved opportunity values, research gaps, and overdue follow-ups keep the next conversation visible.
Owners, dependencies, deadlines, maintenance due, and parts thresholds make the handoff easier to manage.
Invoice balances, recorded receipts, aging, and source freshness provide operational financial visibility.
Recorded run outcomes, pending approvals, and failures make review and follow-up part of the workflow.
Content plans, campaign work, reviews, and reported results sit alongside owners and deadlines.
Views depend on enabled modules and recorded data. Billing and financial visibility do not replace accounting, bank reconciliation, tax calculation, or payment collection.
Connections you choose
Start with manual workflows. Enable a supported connection when the accounts, permissions, and responsibilities are ready.
Optional QuickBooks and Xero connections import invoice and bill balances after an administrator authorizes a company and enables sync. Your accounting ledger stays authoritative.
Optional Stripe-hosted checkout supports one-time USD invoice payments. Manual receipts remain available; refunds and exceptions require review.
Configure internal recipes for saved deals, projects, and accounts. Preview actions, review run outcomes, and retry failures. External runners require their own setup.
Early-access availability and provider setup are confirmed for your workspace. External subscriptions, processing fees, and paid consumption are separate. Public demos make no provider calls.

Bring a customer spreadsheet or supported export. Review column matches, duplicates, and held rows before applying the import.
Assign the next action, connect delivery, and give the team a shared view. Resume setup as you go, with implementation help available.
Accounting and CRM export guides support file imports. Choosing a tool during setup does not connect it. Live synchronization and migration scope are agreed separately.
