Information you choose to send
Inquiry and walkthrough forms collect the contact and business details you enter, including your name, email, company, requested service, problem description, and optional scheduling preferences. We use them to respond, arrange a conversation, and scope requested work. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How the website processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form contents are sent through Resend to the ABS contact mailbox. Hosting and email providers process technical and delivery information to operate their services. Our application delivery logs record outcomes and fixed source categories, rather than form contents. Resend privacy policy.
Website measurement
On supported deployments we use Vercel Web Analytics for page visits and selected actions, such as demo use, pricing views, and inquiry completion. Our custom events exclude form contents, names, emails, and documents. We remove URL queries and fragments and respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Vercel describes its analytics as cookie-free aggregate measurement. Vercel analytics privacy details.
Demo documents and workspace records
Public demo records and uploaded takeoff files are processed in browser memory and reset when the page reloads. Downloaded exports remain on your device. Live customer workspaces have separate access controls and agreed service terms; live AI extraction sends selected documents to the configured AI provider for reviewable draft results. Confirm those processing requirements before enabling it.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry details remain in the ABS mailbox and provider systems while needed for the conversation, service administration, or required records. This website does not implement an automatic mailbox deletion schedule. Ask us to delete an inquiry; we will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained. Provider backups and logs follow provider retention practices. Live workspace retention and offboarding requirements are agreed before onboarding.
Your choices
You can use the public demos without submitting contact details, use Do Not Track for website analytics, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Do not submit passwords or confidential customer information through the public forms.
Other websites and changes
External scheduling and other links lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice applies to this website; paid workspace processing is addressed in the customer agreement. We update this page when our website practices change.
