Atlas-Beren Systems
Support for the work ahead.
Practical help for the connected workspace, from the first import to a reviewed estimate.
Get help from ABS
Email eric@atlas-beren-systems.com with your workspace name, the affected workflow, what you expected, and what happened. Include the time and time zone for an error. Omit passwords, access tokens, and sensitive customer documents.
What support covers
Product questions and defect reports are covered by email, with a two-business-day initial response target. This is an acknowledgment target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Custom development, new integrations, ongoing data entry, and emergency coverage are separately scoped.
Customers, estimates, and jobs
Create the customer first, then build the estimate against that record. Review the scope and prices before recording acceptance. Acceptance creates the linked delivery job; assign its owner and date, complete the checks, and record actual labor and parts. Practice with fictional records.
Drawing takeoff
Upload a supported PDF, image, or text file under 2 MB. Calibrate a known drawing dimension before measuring length or area. Review units, quantities, waste, prices, and source references. Save a draft to reopen your lines and measurements later, or export CSV. Live workspaces can reopen stored originals; public demo records reset on refresh. Keep original bid documents separately. AI output is a draft requiring estimator review.
Maintenance and stock
Create assets with their location and service interval. Complete maintenance work with its labor and parts to retain history and plan the next visit. Check part stock before recording consumption; use receipts to add stock. Explore CMMS.
Exports and leaving
Use Export records in the workspace for JSON and Export draft CSV in the estimate editor for itemized lines. The public demo resets on refresh. For live workspace access, migration, cancellation, or deletion requests, contact ABS before your renewal and export your records first.
