Using this website

Use the site and demos lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or submit content you are not authorized to share. You retain ownership of material you provide. ABS uses submitted inquiry information to respond to your request.

Demonstrations and availability

Public demonstrations use fictional records and show an evolving product. They do not create customer bookings, payments, or binding estimates. Demo activity resets on refresh. Your agreed paid scope determines available workflows; a demo does not establish that every feature fits your business.

Starting a paid engagement

Submitting a form or requesting a walkthrough does not create a subscription or purchase. ABS confirms availability, scope, responsibilities, price, and readiness with you before a paid pilot. Your signed agreement governs paid software and services and takes precedence over general website descriptions.

Software, setup, and services

The platform is $99/month in USD before tax for one business workspace, ten full users, and all supported core modules. Employee-only access is included within a workforce allowance confirmed before enrollment. Larger teams and capacity require agreed terms. Workspace activation and self-guided setup are included with no required software setup fee; guided onboarding is optional at $299 one time. Larger installations include their agreed onboarding work without a duplicate guided-onboarding charge. Managed services are optional and separately contracted. Their one-time service onboarding or process implementation fees apply only when you purchase those services; they are not platform activation fees. Current pricing and examples.

Feature access and paid consumption

Enabling another supported core module does not increase the platform fee. Paid AI processing, messaging, licensed data, provider subscriptions, and additional storage or processing are separate from feature access. Any included allowance, additional usage price, and spending limit are confirmed in writing before activation. Further paid usage requires approval; there is no automatic overage charge during early access. Custom integrations and work performed by ABS require an agreed scope. Standard connectors are included where available; selecting a tool does not establish live synchronization.

Renewal and cancellation

Software is monthly without an annual commitment. Contact ABS before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Managed services have a three-month initial engagement, then continue monthly with 30 days’ notice. Setup work, approved extras, and any refund arrangements are governed by the engagement agreement. Future price changes require at least 30 days’ notice.

Review before relying on outputs

Review takeoff quantities, source documents, assumptions, unit prices, and estimates before using them for a bid. AI extraction is a draft, not a guaranteed quantity survey. Financial visibility reports recorded operational figures and does not replace accounting, tax advice, or a general ledger.

Records and support

Keep original source documents and export workspace records before ending access. Agree migration and retention requirements during onboarding. Product support is by email with a two-business-day initial response target; emergency coverage and custom development require a separate scope. Support guidance.
